Mission & Vision

Surkanda micro service foundation is dedicated to empowering communities through financial inclusion and social support. Our rules and guidelines are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and the sustainable growth of all our members.

Membership Eligibility

  • Must be a permanent resident of the operational area.
  • Minimum age of 18 years and maximum age of 60 years.
  • Must have valid identification documents (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, etc.).
  • Willingness to form or join a Joint Liability Group (JLG) if required.

Loan Policies

Loans are provided based on the assessment of the member's repayment capacity and purpose. Funds must be utilized strictly for the stated purpose (e.g., small business, agriculture, education). Misutilization of funds may lead to disqualification from future benefits.

Repayment Discipline

Timely repayment is crucial for the sustainability of the NGO and the continuous support of other members. Members are expected to attend regular center meetings and deposit their installments on time.

Code of Conduct

All members and staff must treat each other with respect and dignity. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or unethical behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.
